'Candle Lit Romance II'

Someone gave me six pretty pink roses. I loved how they looked in the vase and felt it necessary to photograph them before they wilted. I wasn’t pleased with the original ones, solely of the roses, so I decided to include some other elements and objects in the frame of view. I wanted to keep within the theme of romance though. Each of these things somehow reminds me that, and when they’re all combined together, it’s almost overwhelmingly romantic... in my opinion. Hehe. [I’ve been told that this photograph is depressing.] When I look at it, I sense something so somber, blended with happiness and passion... love. It seems considerate and thoughtful to me. Sorry, I’m rambling. I did three of these though; color, sepia and black and white... this is the sepia one. I’m pleased with them, though I can’t determine which of the three I prefer.
